Before the athlete, there is a person
Athletic development is not limited to physical preparation, technical ability or results.
Every athlete is a unique person with individual needs, experiences, strengths and goals.
The ClearMind Pro Athlete Academy was created to provide a structured and scientifically informed environment in which athletes can develop the psychological skills that support both performance and their wider personal growth.
We do not develop only the athlete. We develop the person, too.
Who the programme is for
The ClearMind Pro Athlete Academy includes two core programme groups: Youth Athletes aged 12–18 and Elite / Competitive Athletes. Each group will consist of 7–8 athletes. A parallel English-speaking cohort may be created, subject to sufficient suitable applications.
Athletes aged 12–18
For young athletes who want to develop confidence, concentration, psychological resilience, emotional regulation and a healthier approach to their sporting journey.
Elite / Competitive Athletes
A distinct group for elite or competitive athletes competing at a higher competitive level. This pathway is not restricted to the 12–18 age range. Admission and group placement reflect the athlete’s developmental and competitive level.
The programme welcomes athletes from different sports. Participation requires consistency, active engagement and a genuine commitment to personal and athletic development.
Core development areas
- Confidence and a positive athletic identity
- Concentration and attentional control
- Management of anxiety, pressure and emotions
- Psychological resilience and responding to setbacks
- Effective goal setting
- Competition routines and psychological preparation
- Communication and relationships within the sporting environment
- Self-regulation and personal responsibility
- Balance between sport, education and personal life
- Character development through sport
How the process begins
Application
A parent or adult athlete submits the initial expression-of-interest form.
Initial assessment
For an athlete under 18, this includes a first meeting with the parent or legal guardian, without the child present, followed by a separate meeting with the athlete. For an adult athlete, both initial meetings are conducted directly with the athlete.
Written report and feedback
A personalised written feedback report is provided after the assessment. For a minor, communication with the parent or legal guardian is managed in an age-appropriate and ethically responsible way, with respect for confidentiality. Key findings and proposed development goals are discussed in a feedback meeting.
Group placement
If the Athlete Academy is suitable for the athlete’s needs and a place is available, the athlete is offered a place in the most appropriate small group.
Important: Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee a place. Final admission takes place after the initial assessment process has been completed.
A structured development journey
The Athlete Academy is not a one-off lecture or a collection of general tips. It is a structured learning and experiential process through which athletes progressively develop psychological skills and learn how to apply them in training, competition and everyday life.

Not a one-size-fits-all programme
Every athlete enters the programme with different experiences, strengths and needs. For this reason, the process begins with an assessment and does not rely on a generic, standardised approach.
Scientific knowledge is combined with experiential learning, practical application and a meaningful understanding of the person behind the athlete.
The Athlete Academy does not promise quick fixes. It creates the conditions for systematic, meaningful and long-term development.
